Hi! Iβm Dani. I grew up on a farm wearing wellies. Fast forward to 2014, while working a corporate job, I couldnβt find comfy, stylish, all-weather boots. That inspired me to create Merry People. I hope our boots bring comfort and a little extra joy to your everyday adventures!

Featuring waterproof rubber, straps cushioned with neoprene, three points of adjustment for the perfect fit, a slip-resistant outsole, and comfortable arch support.
Crafted with sustainable materials like FSC-certified natural rubber, recycled PET textiles, and a sugarcane EVA footbed, our first-ever sandal is designed to tread softly on the earth.

Super comfy sandals and true to size (I have massive size 8 feet!). For the most part, these sandals have caused me no problems and they keep my feet cool on a hot day. Iβve had one episode where they rubbed on the front of my ankle, but overall theyβre great and really well designed. I also have the boots which are fantastic as well! Keep up the great work Merry People!

I bought these to garden in in the summer. They are well made, the sole has good grip and the straps are comfortable. The foot bed is a bit too flat for me - I like the arch support that Birkenstock type sandals provide. As a result, my feet are sore at the end of a dayβs gardening. To be fair - Iβm asking a lot- I am 70 and spend 6-8 hours a day on my feet in the garden.

Well, firstly, these may not be the sexiest sandals I have ever owned :-) BUT they are wonderfully comfortable and cool.
I have worn non stop since receiving them. I walked around RHS Hampton Court on Tuesday for 10 hours and my feet were happy, the rest of me was a sweaty mess!
I am a size 4 and seem on point size wise although the length of the straps and velcro may need some work - I have problem feet and also suffering with Achilles Tendonitis,(so the heel height is perfect, needing to pull straps tighter to fit for comfort means not enough velcro in parts and flappy straps BUT all in all I would highly recommend them for comfort. Just need more beautiful colours please
Also have to say that Merry People are a refreshing joy to deal with, they understand Customer Care, nothing is too much trouble which these days is a dying art!

Iβm so pleased I bought these and have worn them a lot. They are tough enough for rough surfaces but donβt look too clumpy. They are also really comfortable. Iβve had the ankle wellies for a while and really like them so was pleased when the sandals became available. As a tall woman with size 9 feet itβs not often you can find the footwear you want so Iβm delighted with these
