We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.

Royal Mail Standard - 48 hour tracked: 2 - 4 Business days

Royal Mail Next Day - 24 hour tracked: £4.95 | 1 - 2 Business days

Next day deliveries are not delivered over the weekend - if your order is placed with next day delivery before 3pm on Friday, it will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Same day dispatch: If you place your order before 3pm on a weekday it’ll be on it's way to you the same day.

Womens and Mens Sizing Recommendations

Bobbi boots run true to size. We suggest you go with your standard shoe size. If you wear thick socks, then measure your foot wearing the thicker socks. Send us an email if you are unsure about sizing.

We recommend the inner sole of the Bobbi boot to be around the same length as your foot. The neoprene lining around your foot will soften over time.

The boots should be slightly snug to start as the natural rubber will soften with wear. The insole is removable which can add about half a size when removed, or you can add your own footbed or orthotic.

Beautiful Boots
I have 3 pairs of merry people boots and almost exclusively wear them during the colder months. I have experienced some inconsistencies with the boot shape/fit/size etc but I am autistic and struggle if something doesn't feel or look the same as the other. Customer services have been amazing in these instances and they have replaces them immediately with free postage. I'm very happy with how Merry People supported me with this

Perfect all around
Bought the boots for our European jaunt. Started in Amsterdam and will end in Greece over 5 weeks. Walking 15-25000 steps a day. Yesterday we were at Neuschwanstein Castle walking through frosty ground and they were warm and stable.
Highly recommended for a go anywhere do anything boot.

Super comfy boots
This is the second pair of Merry People Boots I have. They are really sturdy and wear really well on the soles. One if the things I like apart from all the lively colours is the great support. I am a granny and support when out walking is really important especially as I have knee problems. These boots cannot be faulted and I am a convert! Thanks to the Merry People Team.
