Bobbi Ankle Wellies

I’m an Artist and I stand up painting for hours on a concrete studio floor. These boots are comfortable, great for insulation underfoot and waterproof which keeps my feet dry and protected from spills. My only criticism is that they are hard to get on if you have vision problems, arthritis in the hands or mobility issues and would be great for a more inclusive all ability demographic if you made them with zips for increased accessibility. Like Paddock Boots.

As a gardner, a comfortable boot adds to my enjoyment of being outside, whether pulling weeds, trimming hedges on a platform , mowing the lawn, checking the veggie patch or on the girls (chickens and ducks in the backyard). The inner lining wraps around my feet keep them feeling snug and stable whilst the sole of the boot is non slip. I also don’t like wet feet and on both these counts, my Merry boots receive big ticks.

I may like mucking about in the dirt and the weeds but that doesn’t mean I don’t like colour and beauty. My Merry boots deliver with a vibrant purple that brings a smile to my face every time I put them on.

They are even better in real life! Stunning and so easy to wear. I recommend going up a size from your normal shoes as mine were snug when I bought them (matching to my usual Birkenstock size). I found the returns/exchange process seamless and quick.

I love my violet Merrys, a beautiful colour, had loads of compliments , very comfy, and warm, I’ve been wearing them for dog walks , shopping, driving , visiting, infact all the time ! I did use the online measuring guide, but they initially came up too small, I had to send them back for exchange , a bit of a slow process, but they were worth waiting for , They seem very sturdy , not cheap but hopefully they will last a lot longer than the usual wellies that I had to buy several times a year .
