Shipping Options

United Kingdom Domestic Shipping

  • Free Standard: 2-4 business days (Royal Mail).
  • Next Day: £4.95, 1-2 business days (Royal Mail).
  • International Express: 5-7 business days (only for stock fulfilled from our Australian warehouse - option will show at checkout)

Delivery addresses outside the UK mainland (including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Skye and Isle of Wight) will fall under European shipping fees.

Please note: Next-day delivery orders placed before 3 pm on Friday will arrive the following Monday. Orders placed after 3pm Friday or over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. Weekend delivery is not available.

Same day dispatch: If you place your order before 3 pm on a weekday, it’ll be on its way to you the same day.

European International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: €10, 3-8 business days (FedEx Shipping Partner)

International orders may be subject to taxes and duties. Any applicable charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Australia, New Zealand and United States of America Shipping

To ship directly to a residence located in either of these regions, please check out our designated website for each region. To change between regions, please select the region you would like to shop from in the top right-hand corner, as pictured below. 

You will be required to pay for the order in the region's specified currency.

Rest of the World International Shipping

Placing an order for somewhere outside the regions listed above? Head over to the Australian website where we ship to all remaining locations.

  • Australia Post: $11, 10+ business days.
  • DHL Express: $30, 3-7 days worldwide.

Rest of the world orders may incur taxes upon arrival. Please note the price indicated at checkout does NOT include the cost of duties or taxes upon arrival.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

We aim to pack and dispatch all online orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • During busy periods, dispatch times may be longer.
  • While we do our best to meet estimated shipping timelines, we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays with couriers—especially during peak times—are outside our control.
  • We ship from Basildon, Essex. For the most accurate delivery estimates to your area, check the Royal Mail website.
  • If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend choosing Next Day Shipping at checkout.
  • If you’ve ordered a preorder item, it will ship within the estimated dispatch date listed on the product page.
