Warranty Eligibility and Coverage


How Our Warranty Works


  • Warranty is only valid for purchases made directly from Merry People or an authorised Merry People stockist (you will be required to produce your proof of purchase information)
  • Damage that is a result of misuse or not following the provided care instructions is not covered
  • You may be responsible for the return postage costs to send the product back
  • If your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement product (same or comparable) 

UK customers only: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If a fault is discovered within 30 days of purchase, you have the right to a full refund. After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, and if this is not possible, a price reduction or refund.


Any benefits you receive under our Product Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies that you may have as a consumer under a law in relation to the footwear to which these warranties relate.

How to submit a warranty claim


If you believe your product hasn’t met our quality standards, please email us at support.uk@merrypeople.com with the following:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase details
  • A photo clearly showing the issue
  • A photo of the entire product
  • A photo of the 5-digit serial stamp, found:
    - On the innersole or inside ankle (for boots and clogs)
    - On the underside of the toe strap (for sandals)
