We offer free standard shipping and returns within the UK for all orders over £30.

We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.

Royal Mail Standard - 48 hour tracked: 2 - 4 Business days

Royal Mail Next Day - 24 hour tracked: £4.95 | 1 - 2 Business days

Next day deliveries are not delivered over the weekend - if your order is placed with next day delivery before 3pm on Friday, it will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Same day dispatch: If you place your order before 3pm on a weekday it’ll be on it's way to you the same day.

Womens and Mens Sizing Recommendations

Bobbi boots run true to size. We suggest you go with your standard shoe size. If you wear thick socks, then measure your foot wearing the thicker socks. Send us an email if you are unsure about sizing.

We recommend the inner sole of the Bobbi boot to be around the same length as your foot. The neoprene lining around your foot will soften over time.

The boots should be slightly snug to start as the natural rubber will soften with wear. The insole is removable which can add about half a size when removed, or you can add your own footbed or orthotic.

Trifecta of comfy, warm, and fun!
After taking a week to decide on a color, I bought these boots for a trip to Scotland and Iceland in the winter. They were perfect! For those skeptical on day 1, just remember they take time to break in. When I first got them, they felt tight and rubbed a bit on my shin, but after breaking them in on my first day a day, it wasn’t a problem at all. These boots handled lots of walking in all kinds of weather from wind, rain, mud, and a little bit of snow. I could not believe how warm they kept my feet. I now need to save my money because I want them in every color!!

Bobbi Boots
Purchased for my husband when on car cleaning duties. He will only wear brown footwear and this colour fits his ensemble perfectly. Almost as smart as his Chelsea boots. He says they are warm , comfortable and easy to walk in.

These are warm dry and mostly comfortable. They rub just a little on the front of my shin. I notice it is getting better every time I wear them. Love the color and how they look on my feet. Good grip too!
