We offer free standard shipping and returns within the UK for all orders over £30.

We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.

Royal Mail Standard - 48 hour tracked: 2 - 4 Business days

Royal Mail Next Day - 24 hour tracked: £4.95 | 1 - 2 Business days

Next day deliveries are not delivered over the weekend - if your order is placed with next day delivery before 3pm on Friday, it will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Same day dispatch: If you place your order before 3pm on a weekday it’ll be on it's way to you the same day.

Womens and Mens Sizing Recommendations

Bobbi boots run true to size. We suggest you go with your standard shoe size. If you wear thick socks, then measure your foot wearing the thicker socks. Send us an email if you are unsure about sizing.

We recommend the inner sole of the Bobbi boot to be around the same length as your foot. The neoprene lining around your foot will soften over time.

The boots should be slightly snug to start as the natural rubber will soften with wear. The insole is removable which can add about half a size when removed, or you can add your own footbed or orthotic.

Best boots to keep dry
I work in TV on the boundary at the footy - rain hail or shine these are the best and most comfy boots. I cover a lot of ground and get so many questions about these. I’m constantly telling people to buy a pair!

Most comfortable boots on the market

Dirt Fest
Just camped with a big crew on the long weekend on a private property for an event dubbed “Dirt Fest”. With the rain it quickly turned into “Mud Fest” and the boots were comfy and kept my feet dry.

Comfy cool-cat boot
I needed a stylish wet weather friendly boot that is also comfy (arch support) and these boots have met my needs 100%. Easy to slip on and comfortable all day. They look good enough for work, I can see I’ll be wearing them most days this winter in Hobart. I think they might have given slightly since I started wearing them, which is grand as they were a neat fit out of the box. I love them and have had comments about how lovely they look.
