Hi! I’m Dani. I grew up on a dairy farm wearing wellies. Fast forward to 2014, while working a corporate job, I couldn’t find comfy, stylish, all-weather boots. That inspired me to create Merry People. I hope our boots bring comfort and a little extra joy to your everyday adventures!
The perfect everyday rain boot. Our Wellie boot seamlessly blends fashion and function with natural rubber and a neoprene lining. Our best-selling wellie boots are designed for utmost comfort. We offer free standard shipping and returns within the UK for all orders over £30.
We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.

Next day deliveries are not delivered over the weekend - if your order is placed with next day delivery before 3pm on Friday, it will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Same day dispatch: If you place your order before 3pm on a weekday it’ll be on it's way to you the same day.

My only issue is the neoprene hugs my ankles tightly (I wasn't expecting that). I have been wearing them with long socks and hopefully it will loosen up with time. Excellent company to deal with and fast freight.

Very pleased with the boots, great for walking the dog in woods & beaches. Wanted a shorter boot to go with looser jeans etc.
These are surprisingly comfortable, feel nice and insulated, only had them a week but happy so far.
