Hi! I’m Dani. I grew up on a dairy farm wearing wellies. Fast forward to 2014, while working a corporate job, I couldn’t find comfy, stylish, all-weather boots. That inspired me to create Merry People. I hope our boots bring comfort and a little extra joy to your everyday adventures!
The perfect everyday Wellington boot. The Bobbi rain boot seamlessly blends fashion and function with natural rubber and a neoprene lining. Easy to dress up or down, wear from day to night, the Bobbi wellie is a wardrobe staple. We make our boots available in a wide range of sizes, to fit everyone - both men and women.

We offer free standard shipping and returns within the UK for all orders over £30.
We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.

I ordered the dark cherry ankle boots and they are exactly what I expected.
For sizing, I used the size measurer that Merry People has on their website. I simply entered my usual shoe size and brand into the size measurer, and it gave me the perfect size. Super handy!
The colour is the same as in the pictures, and it's easy to slip them on and off. The sole is really grippy on the floor, the inner sole is super soft and they have great quality materials. I also loved the packaging, and the delivery was really quick, simply amazing. I highly recommend them.

These are my second pair. The first pair are still going strong after years of use but are now relegated to the garden and the chicken pen while my new ones are used for long walks in the countryside and trips to the markets.

I bought these gumboots because I was sick of ending up with cold, damp feet after walking my dog through the park in my sneakers. I'd given up on gumboots, because they've always hurt, had poor support, and then fallen apart after a few wears. But I kept seeing Merry People pop up in my feed, and uniformly positive reviews convinced me to open my heart and wallet to the possibility of warm, dry, uninjured feet. I'm so glad that I did! They've been amazing -comfortable on longer walks from day one, and supportive on some very uneven terrain. I would 100% recommend Merry People to others. I feel less reluctant to get out on those walks in the bad weather, when the ground is soggy - and my dog is delighted.
