We offer free standard shipping and returns within the UK for all orders over £30.

We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.

Royal Mail Standard - 48 hour tracked: 2 - 4 Business days

Royal Mail Next Day - 24 hour tracked: £4.95 | 1 - 2 Business days

Next day deliveries are not delivered over the weekend - if your order is placed with next day delivery before 3pm on Friday, it will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Same day dispatch: If you place your order before 3pm on a weekday it’ll be on it's way to you the same day.

Sizing Recommendations

We recommend the inner sole of the Bobbi Wellington Boot to be around the same length as your foot (no less). The natural rubber and neoprene lining will soften and mould to your feet over time.

If you are a half size we recommend sizing down as the boots run a half size larger e.g. size 6.5 would be a size 6.

The insole is removable which can add about half a size when removed, or you can add your own footbed or orthotic.

We suggest you go with your standard shoe size (don't order bigger for socks.) If you wear thick socks, then measure your foot wearing the thicker socks.

The best boots on the planet
Im addicted to these boots as I walk my dogs over the park, these boots have never caused any problems with my feet and they are so comfortable you can wear them all day and my first pair look as good as new. I would not buy another brand

Incredibly comfortable
This is my second pair of merry people boots.
I loved this colour so much I just had to buy a new pair for ‘city’ wear. I put them on the day they arrived and spend all day wearing them and didn’t think about my feet once. They look stylish, my feet stayed dry in the rain and at the end of the day my feet didn’t hurt. So do yourself a favour and get yourself one (or 2) pair.

Love them, they are stylish and super comfortable
I wanted to have my feet warm and dry when I go out with the dog, but also, I wanted to be able to walk for long time and to worry to have back pain and sore feet. And my new Bobbi boots tick all the boxes and they are so stylish. I love them!
