We offer free standard shipping and returns within the UK for all orders over £30.

We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.

Royal Mail Standard - 48 hour tracked: 2 - 4 Business days

Royal Mail Next Day - 24 hour tracked: £4.95 | 1 - 2 Business days

Next day deliveries are not delivered over the weekend - if your order is placed with next day delivery before 3pm on Friday, it will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Same day dispatch: If you place your order before 3pm on a weekday it’ll be on it's way to you the same day. 

We want you to be in love with your new purchase. If the size isn't quite right or if you’re not happy (for whatever reason), please let us know and we can offer you an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase. 

We will cover the cost of you returning the boots to us if you're in the UK.

Extended Holiday Return Window

We want you to give the gift of Merry People with confidence, which is why we offer an extended holiday return window for purchases made between November 1st, 2023 and December 31st, 2023. Any purchases made during this time may be returned or exchanged through January 31st, 2024, as long as they meet the conditions of a normal return.
