Hi! I’m Dani. I grew up on a dairy farm wearing wellies. Fast forward to 2014, while working a corporate job, I couldn’t find comfy, stylish, all-weather boots. That inspired me to create Merry People. I hope our boots bring comfort and a little extra joy to your everyday adventures!
The perfect everyday Wellington boot. The Bobbi rain boot seamlessly blends fashion and function with natural rubber and a neoprene lining. Easy to dress up or down, wear from day to night, the Bobbi wellie is a wardrobe staple. We make our boots available in a wide range of sizes, to fit everyone - both men and women.

We offer free standard shipping and returns within the UK for all orders over £30.
We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.

Next day deliveries are not delivered over the weekend - if your order is placed with next day delivery before 3pm on Friday, it will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Just received my first pair of Bobbis - very, very happy with them! The colour is beautiful! I am about a 7.5 (UK size) but I used the foot scanning tool on the website and that suggested to go for a 7, which is a perfect fit, even with my hand knit socks, which I wear all the time.
Looking forward to wearing these on many dog walks, beach visits and just whenever I can really 🤷♀️😃

Boots are awesome! The fitment system was great and really accurate. Boots are comfortable and perfect for the garden and the chicken coop when it’s muddy. They are also stylish enough to wear out. My eldest daughter tells me her friend has a pair that she wears clubbing. Which makes me feel like one of the cool kids even though I’m too old to stay up late enough for clubbing now.
