Hi! I’m Dani. I grew up on a farm wearing wellies. Fast forward to 2014, while working a corporate job, I couldn’t find comfy, stylish, all-weather boots. That inspired me to create Merry People. I hope our boots bring comfort and a little extra joy to your everyday adventures!
A fresh twist on a neutral shade, Slate's blue and grey tones are an earthy colour combo inspired by the natural beauty of stormy coastal landscapes and rock formations.

Easy to dress up or down, wear from day to night, the Bobbi wellie is a wardrobe staple. We make our boots available in a wide range of sizes, to fit everyone - both men and women.

We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.

These are the most comfortable pair of boots. I have wide feet and they fit perfectly . Glad I picked the cherry although all the colours are beautiful. Go well with both jeans and skirt. I am excited to take them to Japan. Hopefully they will do well on light snow. Will send another review after my trip. And I may order another pair too!

I kept looking at these boots on the website for a while. The price was higher than I initially wanted to pay. But after several visits to the website I took the plunge and purchased my first pair. I wanted some comfortable footwear that was also waterproof and stylish for dog walking mostly.
Well I am not disappointed. They are the most comfortable welly boots I have ever had. So easy to get on and off and very comfortable on all terrains walking my dog.
The hardest decision was what colour to choose. Beetroot and pink caught my eye.
I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.

A bit squeezy on one foot but perfect on the other. Have to wear thin socks to fit, but luckily they keep your feet warm and toasty anyway.
