Hi! I’m Dani. I grew up on a dairy farm wearing wellies. Fast forward to 2014, while working a corporate job, I couldn’t find comfy, stylish, all-weather boots. That inspired me to create Merry People. I hope our boots bring comfort and a little extra joy to your everyday adventures!

We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.

Next day deliveries are not delivered over the weekend - if your order is placed with next day delivery before 3pm on Friday, it will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Same day dispatch: If you place your order before 3pm on a weekday it’ll be on it's way to you the same day.

Love my new Bobbi boots in the bright orchid colour. They’re super cute, a little different fit to the OG pair I have from a while ago, but still fine for size I’m a wide 6 so 6.5 and the 37 is perfect. Love love love!

This is my 12th pair of these amazing boots, my first pair were black and they look just as new and my cherry pair, they have never given me sore feet or blisters and I have been in them all day walking. In winter time you don’t even need socks as they keep your feet cosy warm these really are the best boots on the planet.

I only bought my beautiful Merry People boots to walk out to the sea at low tide as I live on the beach. I saw someone wearing some red ones and I loved them. I didn’t want full on wellies or waterproof trainers and hers were perfect and made me smile. I asked the lady what they were called, and I sat in a coffee shop and ordered them- early Christmas pressie from my lovely dad.
When they arrived I was just going away for the weekend and I loved them so much I took them with me and have worn them every day since. They are so comfortable, definitely waterproof and make people smile. So many of my friends will now have their own boots come Christmas Day, with covert conversations with other halves re colour and styles… 🤣
I have found if I am having a meh day, a quick walk up the road wearing my Merry People boots and I guarantee people will smile at them and me and someone always says “I love your boots whatever you get them” I walk home feeling so much brighter… 🤩
