Hi! I’m Dani. I grew up on a dairy farm wearing wellies. Fast forward to 2014, while working a corporate job, I couldn’t find comfy, stylish, all-weather boots. That inspired me to create Merry People. I hope our boots bring comfort and a little extra joy to your everyday adventures!

The perfect everyday Wellington boot. The Bobbi rain boot seamlessly blends fashion and function with natural rubber and a neoprene lining. Easy to dress up or down, wear from day to night, the Bobbi wellie is a wardrobe staple. We make our boots available in a wide range of sizes, to fit everyone - both men and women.

We offer free standard shipping and returns within the UK for all orders over £30.

We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.

Royal Mail Standard - 48 hour tracked: 2 - 4 Business days

Royal Mail Next Day - 24 hour tracked: £4.95 | 1 - 2 Business days

Next day deliveries are not delivered over the weekend - if your order is placed with next day delivery before 3pm on Friday, it will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Same day dispatch: If you place your order before 3pm on a weekday it’ll be on it's way to you the same day.

Sizing Recommendations

We recommend the inner sole of the Bobbi Wellington Boot to be around the same length as your foot (no less). The natural rubber and neoprene lining will soften and mould to your feet over time.

If you are a half size we recommend sizing down as the boots run a half size larger e.g. size 6.5 would be a size 6.

The insole is removable which can add about half a size when removed, or you can add your own footbed or orthotic.

We suggest you go with your standard shoe size (don't order bigger for socks.) If you wear thick socks, then measure your foot wearing the thicker socks.

Love my Cherry Wellibobs
Normally in a size 6/6.5 but got size 8 /41 to fit my memory foam liners and usual orthotics. Perfect Bobbi’s. Love them. Great for gardening. Haven’t tried yet on a hike 🤞

Love my boots
Comfortable boots they don’t squeeze my toes together lovely colour well made only worn twice, have brought the cleaning kit as well but not used yet . Just the job for walking the dog over the canal glad I purchased them would recommend

Bobbi boot
Great boots in fab colours. Can be dressed up or down. I've walked miles in them pushing my toddler in the buggy. I don't mind getting them wet/dirty like my other boots as they are easy to clean. I suppose that's the point of a welly boot 😂

After purchasing a pair of Red Bobbi boots for my partner for Christmas 2024, I decided I had to get a pair for an upcoming clamping trip. The quality and feel of the boot is amazing. Best wellies ever!
So comfy and stylish, for walking the dogs or doing the school run, feet stay dry and comfy. I do have to wear long socks as they have rubbed my legs a little at the top but that was only at the beginning
