Hi! I’m Dani. I grew up on a dairy farm wearing wellies. Fast forward to 2014, while working a corporate job, I couldn’t find comfy, stylish, all-weather boots. That inspired me to create Merry People. I hope our boots bring comfort and a little extra joy to your everyday adventures!

We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.

Next day deliveries are not delivered over the weekend - if your order is placed with next day delivery before 3pm on Friday, it will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

I absolutely love my new merry people boots, the only reason it isn’t a full5 stars is because they are a little difficult to clean and maybe that’s my fault for choosing a lighter colour, and the other reason is that i found my feet were quite cold inside the boot even with thick socks on - (but again i was walking around Amsterdam in 0 degrees Celsius) maybe i was being a bit keen thinking the neoprene would keep my feet warmer? But neither of those reasons stop me wearing them and enjoying them every day!

Normally in a size 6/6.5 but got size 8 /41 to fit my memory foam liners and usual orthotics. Perfect Bobbi’s. Love them. Great for gardening. Haven’t tried yet on a hike 🤞
