Lochie Sandal

I debated these beauties for a long time, then went to and fro over whether to go for colour or black, I went for and jumped in and got the pink. I wore them for every second of my first festival and they were perfect!!! So comfortable, no rubbing at all and man did I do some steps, I have a bunion on one foot that causes me some grief and broke my ankle last year so shoes have been difficult but these are gems! I will be treating myself to another pair and a pair are currently on the way to my mam, thanks Merry People ☺️

I bought these to stay on better during dog walks, after falling down in looser sandals. The workmanship is outstanding. All seams finished off inside, no rubbing at the straps. Love the natural rubber sole which is very springy. I wear these to paddle a kayak also. The 3 point attachment really keeps them on comfortably.

My favourite sandals HANDS DOWN! I ummed and ahh’d my first pair, the bright olive (green) for far too long and I regret not getting them sooner. They are perfect for the hot Queensland weather in Australia, they’re SO comfortable and I love how my feet can breathe in them. The following summer, I got myself the mixed berry and I have had so many compliments. I could wear them all day every day! My feet don’t get tired and they are true to size. I really hope MP don’t retire the style! Next on my shopping list are the evergreens!

I absolutely love my Merry People sandals! They are comfy, supportive, and the textured sole is so good with my sweaty feet (TMI!)!

One small observation - I have very high feet, plus I can be a bit prone to swelling, so being able to open the top strap of sandals (in front of the ankle) really wide is really important for me. Because the loop the top straps go through is smaller than the strap once it gets to the Velcro, this isn't easily achieved with Lochie. If there is an iteration to the design, I'd deeply value being able to open that top strap wide with ease.
