We offer free standard shipping and returns within the UK for all orders over £30.
We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.
Royal Mail Standard - 48 hour tracked: £3.95 | 2 - 4 Business days
Royal Mail Next Day - 24 hour tracked: £4.95 | 1 - 2 Business days
Next day deliveries are not delivered over the weekend - if your order is placed with next day delivery before 3pm on Friday, it will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Same day dispatch: If you place your order before 3pm on a weekday it’ll be on it's way to you the same day.

I did not look after my beloved boots properly. I left them outside sitting in the sun. I thought they were wrecked. I decided to give the care kit a try to see if I could save my poor boots. I purchased the care kit online and it arrived super quickly! I followed the care instructions and I’m so happy with the results. While my boots are still slightly damaged they definitely look so much better than what they were! The photos speak for themselves. I’m so pleased with the results and wrapped I gave the kit a go!

I was devastated that my boots appeared to be "peeling" or sun damaged across the top of the foot. I contacted Merry People for advice and they recommended this kit. After using the products as instructed, i am so happy with the outcome! If you look closely, there is still some very mild discoloration but maybe this is due to me leaving the boots out in the sun with muddy water prior. Thank you Merry People!
