It’s a good day to be a white ranunculus. I harvested hundreds of these this morning, perfect for your Easter table. The crop will be rolling in all week, so if you’ve been waiting to get your hands on these, now is your time! The site is restocked, and we’ll continually restock each day as we know what our numbers look like. We planted two successions of ranunculus this year. This burst of blooms is the peak and swan song on the indoor succession. The outdoor ones will be lovely but probably not this tall. The quality on the current batch of stems is impressive. Order at flowersnc.com/delivery. - Lots of behind-the-scenes activity in the store this week! I’m having a hard time keeping quiet about all these new projects, and I simultaneously feel funny about so many new endeavors during such a weird time. But things happen the way they do for a reason. I had a good chat with my good friend @jared_kay this morning — we talked about how important it is to keep moving forward and using your gifts at a time like this, even if it’s just in small ways. We all have something to contribute. Paralysis isn’t an option — not for ranunculus and not for people. - Hungry? Don’t want to go to the grocery store? Remember that you can buy your groceries from us! Ashevillegrocery.com will redirect you to our site, where there’s loads of fresh produce, local products, dry goods and more!

The ‘merchandising’ is looking a little different these days as we pack as many plants as we can into the shop, but it’s still just as beautiful, we think. There are lots of fresh plants online for local contactless pickup or delivery (though they are going fast), and more to come early next week. We aren’t doing a timed drop anymore, so if you’re interested in a plant that is sold out, please click ‘notify me’ on the product page for that plant and you’ll receive an email as soon as it’s restocked. Please note that not every plant will be restocked every week. Plant availability changes week to week, so we can’t always get more of any particular species and some we only find a few times a year at most. Thank you all for the amazing show of support you’ve given us- we’re so thrilled to see many of you adding plants to your homes for the first time!! #freshatfolia #founditatfolia
