We offer free standard shipping and returns within the UK for all orders over £30.
We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.
Royal Mail Standard - 48 hour tracked: 2 - 4 Business days
Royal Mail Next Day - 24 hour tracked: £4.95 | 1 - 2 Business days
Next day deliveries are not delivered over the weekend - if your order is placed with next day delivery before 3pm on Friday, it will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Same day dispatch: If you place your order before 3pm on a weekday it’ll be on it's way to you the same day.

I absolutely love my Merry People boots! I did need to exchange my first pair for a larger size because they were a bit snug across the top, but the exchange process was super easy and really fast. The customer service team was great, and everything went smoothly. The new pair fits perfectly, and I pretty much haven’t taken them off since. Comfy, stylish, and totally worth it.
