Hi! Iām Dani. I grew up on a farm wearing wellies. Fast forward to 2014, while working a corporate job, I couldnāt find comfy, stylish, all-weather boots. That inspired me to create Merry People. I hope our boots bring comfort and a little extra joy to your everyday adventures!

This is now my 5 purchase from Merry people!!! I have 4 pairs of boots 2 Bobbi ( khaki & skyblue) 2 pairs of Tilly (black & Lemon)
I work in a cafe in Leura the blue mountains and these are the perfect footwear to wear. They give you fabulous arch support easy to clean and look amazing !!š¤©
Every day I work I get asked what are your boots? Also the locals now tell me their favourite colour itās the sky blue which I do believe have all gone now !!
Iām excited to say Iām coming to Melbourne early May and will be visiting the shop to purchase another pair ā¦ā¦. See I have an addiction !!

Very comfortable to wear. Tried and tested on beaches, moor walks and many muddy fields treks with the dog. They are heavy, as other reviews mention, but no more than standard wellies/safety boots. The top of the neoprene can rub a little, you just need to make sure you're wearing the right socks š
The boots look lovely and I've had several compliments on them.

Great fit and room for socks. I do have a good pair of calves and thought I might find the tops a bit tight, they are grippy but not too tight. The water definitely wonāt get through. Feet stay cozy and warm. They are more comfortable with either leggings or long socks, not so with shirt socks.
