DO I NEED TO GO UP A SIZE FROM MY NORMAL SHOE SIZE?

We recommend you order your normal shoe size. If you usually wear a half-size and are trying to decide between sizing up or down, we recommend comparing the length of your foot to the innersole measurements. The natural rubber will soften with wear across the width of the boot, but will not get longer, so ensure you have enough space in the toe from the start. We recommend that the inner sole of the Bobbi boot be around the same length as your foot (no less). Please refer to our Size Chart for measurements. If you wear thick socks, then measure your foot wearing the thicker socks. 

WHAT IS THE WIDTH OF THE BOOTS - CAN YOU STRETCH BOOTS?

The boots are designed to be a standard B fitting width. Our boots are made from natural rubber and neoprene. They may feel initially a little snug, however, neoprene has similar properties to memory foam so will soften, stretch and mould to your feet over time. You can also take out the inner sole which will give you another half size.

Likewise, the outer rubber will soften to allow for wider feet or bunions.  If it doesn’t feel right, you can always return to us for a full refund.

CAN I PUT ORTHOTICS INSIDE THE BOOTS?

Yes, there is a removable inner sole inside the boots that can be taken out. If it still doesn’t feel right, you can always return to us for a full refund.

ARE YOUR BOOTS NON-SLIP? CAN I WEAR THEM TO WORK?

Merry People boots feature enhanced traction sole which offers good grip on a variety of surfaces. Our boots do not have any work safe accreditations and we have not designed the boots to be work boots, they have been designed to be a fashionable waterproof and lifestyle boot.
