We offer free standard shipping and returns within the UK for all orders over £30.

We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.

Royal Mail Standard - 48 hour tracked: 2 - 4 Business days

Royal Mail Next Day - 24 hour tracked: £4.95 | 1 - 2 Business days

Next day deliveries are not delivered over the weekend - if your order is placed with next day delivery before 3pm on Friday, it will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Same day dispatch: If you place your order before 3pm on a weekday it’ll be on it's way to you the same day. 

To receive your order before Christmas Day, please place it by:

• Friday, 19th December (Standard)
• Monday, 22nd December (Next Day)

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Merry People purchase. You can always exchange or return your order for free within the UK so long as: 

Items must be unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and without sole wear or creases.

Return requests should be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will cover the cost of you returning the boots to us if you're in the United Kingdom.

Faulty or Flawed Products?

We stand behind the quality of our boots, and offer a 12 month warranty.
