Email Subscriber Sweepstake Terms & Conditions

  1. The Monthly Sweepstake is conducted by Merry People Designs Pty Ltd (ABN 55 161 789 493), 117 Johnston Street, Collingwood, VIC 3066 (“the Promoter”).
  2. Entry is open to all residents of the United Kingdom over the age of 18 years. 
  3. Entry is completed when the applicant enters their email address in the competition pop-up on the Merry People website at uk.merrypeople.com.  No purchase is required to enter. 
  4. Employees, contractors, officers and directors of the Promoter and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
  5. A maximum of one entry will be accepted per participant.
  6. The competition is run each month with one (1) winner each month announced.  Applications open at 12.00am AEST on the first day of each calendar month and close at 11.59pm AEST on the last day of each calendar month. 
  7. The prize consists of one (1) online gift voucher to the value of £59.95. 
  8. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  9. The winner shall be drawn using a random number generator on or around the first day of each calendar month. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
  10. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
  11. The winner will be notified by email within two days of the draw.
  12. If the prize remains unclaimed within seven days of notifying the winner, it will be redrawn.  The winner from the redraw will be notified by email within two days of the draw.   
  13. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
  14. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the prize.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel this promotional competition at any time.​
  16. By entering the sweepstake, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
