We understand when you receive your boots, they may not be the right fit for you.Ā 

If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order for a refund so long as:

  1. The items areĀ unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable conditionĀ (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
  2. Your return request is submitted withinĀ 30 daysĀ of receiving your original order.
