We offer free standard shipping and returns within the UK for all orders over £30.

We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.

Royal Mail Standard - 48 hour tracked: 2 - 4 Business days

Royal Mail Next Day - 24 hour tracked: £4.95 | 1 - 2 Business days

Next day deliveries are not delivered over the weekend - if your order is placed with next day delivery before 3pm on Friday, it will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Same day dispatch: If you place your order before 3pm on a weekday it’ll be on it's way to you the same day.

Sizing Recommendations

We recommend the inner sole of the Bobbi Wellington Boot to be around the same length as your foot (no less). The natural rubber and neoprene lining will soften and mould to your feet over time.

If you are a half size we recommend sizing down as the boots run a half size larger e.g. size 6.5 would be a size 6.

The insole is removable which can add about half a size when removed, or you can add your own footbed or orthotic.

We suggest you go with your standard shoe size (don't order bigger for socks.) If you wear thick socks, then measure your foot wearing the thicker socks.

Perfect boot for walks in all conditions, stylish, but more importantly comfortable.
Absolutely love these. Wore them for the first time on a weekend away, covering all terrain. The beach, rocky coastal paths and fields. So comfortable and supportive to my feet and ankles. 100% dry feet at the end of the day, even with paddles in the sea. No need to "wear in". My go to footwear for daily dog walks and campervan weekends away.

Best boots
I was going to a horse event so wore my beautiful pink boots. I put them on very rarly and wore them all day. Walking everywhere. They were so comfortable. Not a sore place on my feet. I will wear them everywhere

Great boots - better than I imagined
I’ve looked at these for a while and decided to finally order a pair after talking to some friends. They are really warm inside with the neoprene lining and very comfy as well. I think they’ll be my go-to boots for the coming winter season. Of course I had to order the orange ones!
