Hi! I’m Dani. I grew up on a farm wearing wellies. Fast forward to 2014, while working a corporate job, I couldn’t find comfy, stylish, all-weather boots. That inspired me to create Merry People. I hope our boots bring comfort and a little extra joy to your everyday adventures!
Rain or shine, Merry People short Wellington boots are the perfect everyday rain boots! Not only have our boots boots been waterproof tested so you can wear them on rainy days without getting your feet soaked, but our wellies have also been tested for below-freezing temperatures, so they will keep you cosy from summer to winter in the UK.
The year-round versatility of our wellington boot is just one of the many reasons our customers fondly refer to them as their favourite pair of wellies!

We offer free standard shipping and returns within the UK for all orders over £30.
We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.

Next day deliveries are not delivered over the weekend - if your order is placed with next day delivery before 3pm on Friday, it will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Same day dispatch: If you place your order before 3pm on a weekday it’ll be on it's way to you the same day.

I love my Merry People boots! They are so cute and very comfortable. I found them to be true to size but they have views arch support than I needed so I have just replaced the inner with my own inner soles. The khaki green colour is going to be so cute on my African safari trip in September 🥰❤️🙈

Beautiful colour, comfortable boot, my feet feel warm, protected and so supported. I use them mainly for dog walking through long wet grass and they have kept me dry and warm, very happy with these boots. I ordered size 39, sometimes I have to go up a size, I used online size guide and I am so pleased I did, I am size 39cin Merry boots, I have flat feet and find the boots supportive and comfortable...love them.
