We offer free standard shipping and returns within the UK for all orders over £30.

We ship from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex with delivery from Monday to Friday.

Royal Mail Standard - 48 hour tracked: 2 - 4 Business days

Royal Mail Next Day - 24 hour tracked: £4.95 | 1 - 2 Business days

Next day deliveries are not delivered over the weekend - if your order is placed with next day delivery before 3pm on Friday, it will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Same day dispatch: If you place your order before 3pm on a weekday it’ll be on it's way to you the same day.

Sizing Recommendations

We recommend the inner sole of the Bobbi Wellington Boot to be around the same length as your foot (no less). The natural rubber and neoprene lining will soften and mould to your feet over time.

If you are a half size we recommend sizing down as the boots run a half size larger e.g. size 6.5 would be a size 6.

The insole is removable which can add about half a size when removed, or you can add your own footbed or orthotic.

We suggest you go with your standard shoe size (don't order bigger for socks.) If you wear thick socks, then measure your foot wearing the thicker socks.

So comfy!
These boots are comfortable from the first wear - I had zero issues with toes or heels rubbing, probably due to the squishy lining! There was a little bit of pressure on the front of my lower leg initially, but after two or three 10-minute walks, that disappeared. I have since walked miles in these boots and they have been amazing!

Love my Merry boots!
I'm delighted with my new boots - they're so easy to slip on when I'm popping out to walk the dogs, and really super comfortable to wear, even on long hikes. I thought I'd nearly missed the season with summer nearly here, but actually since the rain won't stop I've been using them every day. I feel very merry in my Merry People boots =)
